Creating Comics and Comic Strips

This course is designed for amateur and professional artists and will focus on learning how to write and draw comics and comic strips. Instructor Daniel Shelton, creator of the syndicated strip BEN, will introduce his class to the process and techniques involved through a series of practical exercises. Emphasis will be on creating characters, telling a story, dialogue, art styles and potential markets.
