Those who teach in Arts and Culture come from many different departments, disciplines and profiles. Others are writers of fiction and non-fiction; many have published articles, reviews, short stories, and novels. Other teachers are actively involved in the Montreal theatre community as actors, playwrights and directors. The art history options within Arts and Culture are taught by art historians with curatorial, publication, and public lecturing experience.
