Ingrid Chadwick is an Assistant Professor in Management in the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. She has a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from the Queen’s Smith School of Business and a Masters of Education in Organizational Learning from Queen’s University. Prior to her academic career, she worked as a Human Resources Specialist in employee and organizational development both in Canada and in Sweden.
Ingrid’s research interests can be categorized according to two broad themes. The first theme focuses on determinants of learning and development in individuals and organizations, particularly under challenging situations. For example, how can we facilitate growth and success in new entrepreneurs as they embark on their first entrepreneurial ventures? The second theme focuses on positive and negative interpersonal dynamics in teams as well as their implications for team effectiveness. For example, why do team members fail to support each other when needed the most?”
