Microsoft Outlook 2016

Prerequisite: Introduction to Windows or equivalent knowledge

Material required: 2 GB (or higher) Flash (USB) Drive

In this course, you will explore Microsoft Outlook 2016 and learn how to accomplish various day-to-day office tasks. You will learn how to effectively manage email communications. Techniques in sorting, searching and organizing your email will be shown. The use of contacts will be explored along with the benefits of the built-in address book.

You will also learn how to use Microsoft Outlook’s time management tools to organize your work; your personal and professional agenda; how to manage work by creating Tasks and Notes; how to schedule meetings and work with the calendar to manage your time effectively. Tip and tricks in using Outlook will be demonstrated and you will customize the Outlook interface to serve your own personal needs.
