{"id":5005,"date":"2016-11-22T12:23:40","date_gmt":"2016-11-22T17:23:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/ctd\/?page_id=5005"},"modified":"2024-09-20T10:00:27","modified_gmt":"2024-09-20T14:00:27","slug":"emploi-quebec-de-lile-de-montreal-subsidized-courses-eligibility","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/ctd\/emploi-quebec-de-lile-de-montreal-subsidized-courses-eligibility\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Apply &amp; Eligibility Criteria for  Emploi-Qu\u00e9bec de l&#8217;\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al Subsidized Courses"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Before filling in the application form, please check your eligibility below:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4>Eligibility Criteria:<\/h4>\n<p>You are <strong>eligible <\/strong>to take these courses if you are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a regular worker in the private sector; <strong>Your company must have a physical office in Quebec<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>self-employed;\u00a0 <strong>You must state how the course will help you improve your business<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The course is relevant to your area of study or your current employment. <strong>It is important to clearly state how this course will help you improve within your field of study OR\u00a0in your current company.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>recently unemployed, <strong>the course must be linked to your area of study and you must live on the Island of Montreal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are <strong>not eligible <\/strong>to take these courses if :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are employed in the public or para-public sector;<\/li>\n<li>You are a student;<\/li>\n<li>You are receiving CNESST (worker&#8217;s compensation) or from the SAAQ.<\/li>\n<li>The course is not related to your area of study or current position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Maximum of two (2) simultaneous courses per person.<\/p>\n<p>Maximum of three (3) employees per establishment.<\/p>\n<p>Maximum of one (1) course subsidy per person per topic. (A person cannot take the same course more than once).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>*Registration is only available online.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>How to Apply:<\/h4>\n<p>To register for an Emploi Quebec course, please follow the steps below. Please note that this is an <strong>application process. <u>Payment is not a confirmation of acceptance. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please go to the following link:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/ctd\/course-categories\/service-quebec\/\">https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/ctd\/course-categories\/service-quebec\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Choose your course + course date<\/li>\n<li>Click Register Now<\/li>\n<li>Add the course to your cart<\/li>\n<li>Log in\n<ol>\n<li>If you have not already created an account, you will click on <strong>First-time access<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You must use your account to apply for the application. <strong>Do not apply for another person from your account.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If you have an account, enter your email and password<\/li>\n<li>If you forgot your password click <strong>Forgot your password<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fill in all the requested information<\/li>\n<li>Make a payment (Note that only MasterCard and Visa are accepted)<\/li>\n<li>You will receive your <strong>payment confirmation<\/strong> titled \u201cRegistration Receipt\u201d by email<\/li>\n<li>Application may only be submitted by the account holder.<\/li>\n<li>It is the applicant&#8217;s responsibility to ensure they have the required knowledge to participate in the course.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you are registered, your subsidy form will be reviewed. <strong>If you have been refused for the subsidy, you will be contacted for a refund of your application fee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants who are refused a subsidy may still participate in the course at the unsubsidized rate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Cours subventionn\u00e9s par <strong>Emploi-Qu\u00e9bec de l&#8217;\u00cele-de-Montr\u00e9al<\/strong>*<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Avant de remplir le formulaire de candidature, veuillez v\u00e9rifier votre \u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 ci-dessous :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Crit\u00e8res d&#8217;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous \u00eates <strong>admissible<\/strong> \u00e0 ces cours si vous \u00eates :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un travailleur r\u00e9gulier du secteur priv\u00e9 ; <strong>votre entreprise doit avoir un bureau physique au Qu\u00e9bec<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Un travailleur autonome ; <strong>vous devez indiquer comment le cours vous aidera \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer votre entreprise<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Le cours est pertinent par rapport \u00e0 votre domaine d&#8217;\u00e9tudes ou \u00e0 votre emploi actuel. <strong>Il est important d&#8217;indiquer clairement comment ce cours vous aidera \u00e0 vous am\u00e9liorer dans votre domaine d&#8217;\u00e9tudes OU dans votre entreprise actuelle.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Si vous \u00eates ch\u00f4meur depuis peu, <strong>le cours doit \u00eatre li\u00e9 \u00e0 votre domaine d&#8217;\u00e9tudes et vous devez habiter sur l&#8217;\u00eele de Montr\u00e9al.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous n&#8217;\u00eates <strong>pas admissible<\/strong> \u00e0 ces cours si :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous \u00eates employ\u00e9 dans le secteur public ou parapublic ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous \u00eates \u00e9tudiant ;<\/li>\n<li>Vous recevez des prestations de la CNESST ou de la SAAQ.<\/li>\n<li>Le cours n&#8217;est pas en lien avec votre domaine d&#8217;\u00e9tudes ou votre poste actuel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Maximum de deux (2) cours simultan\u00e9s par personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Maximum de trois (3) employ\u00e9s par \u00e9tablissement.<\/p>\n<p>Maximum d&#8217;une (1) subvention de cours par personne et par sujet. (Une personne ne peut pas suivre le m\u00eame cours plus d&#8217;une fois).<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>*L&#8217;inscription se fait uniquement en ligne.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment s&#8217;inscrire :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Pour vous inscrire \u00e0 un cours d&#8217;Emploi Qu\u00e9bec, veuillez suivre les \u00e9tapes ci-dessous.
