The 29th<\/sup> Annual Vanier College Symposium on the Holocaust and Genocide will be taking place on April 12-16th<\/sup>, 2021.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Speakers from Princeton, George Washington University and more will share their expertise with us.\u00a0 In February of this year, the Canadian government recognized China\u2019s treatment of the Uyghurs as a genocide.\u00a0 Given this fact, we felt that it was important to tell their story.\u00a0 As such, we have two amazing speakers:\u00a0 Rayhan Asat (Uyghur human rights lawyer whose brother is currently a prisoner in a Uyghur concentration camp) and Dr. Sean Roberts (from George Washington University).\u00a0 You can find both of their biographies in the brochure that is attached to this announcement.<\/p>\n

All lectures are open to the public and in the brochure, you will find the registration links associated with each lecture.\u00a0 Please feel free to share this information with your colleagues and friends.<\/strong><\/p>\n
