One effective way to scaffold the development of these high-level cognitive processes is to have students analyze, compare, and evaluate work generated by others during peer-feedback exercises. But how can we, as teachers, easily set this up and manage the resulting workload?<\/p>\n<p>ComPAIR, a simple online platform developed and tested at UBC, strives to address this challenge. ComPAIR scaffolds peer feedback through comparisons, providing an engaging, simple, and safe environment that helps students learn how to create high quality work, while also learning subtle aspects of course content.<\/p>\n<p>Join us in this webinar to learn more about this online platform that is currently being used in over 60 courses; across all disciplines and faculties at the UBC, including English, Fine Arts, Math, Physics; and at six institutions outside of British Columbia.
