{"id":3704,"date":"2022-09-28T11:20:10","date_gmt":"2022-09-28T15:20:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/faculty-hub\/?p=3704"},"modified":"2024-09-20T15:06:41","modified_gmt":"2024-09-20T19:06:41","slug":"essentials-of-competency-based-programs-available-to-faculty-asynchronously","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/faculty-hub\/all-news\/essentials-of-competency-based-programs-available-to-faculty-asynchronously\/","title":{"rendered":"Essentials of Competency-based Programs &#8211; Available to faculty asynchronously"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <em>Essentials of Competency-based Programs<\/em> is designed to facilitate a shared understanding of and common language for discussing competency-based programs and competency development within our community.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Essentials of Competency-based Programs<\/em> is for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>faculty new to teaching<\/li>\n<li>faculty with experience but new to the CEGEP network<\/li>\n<li>seasoned college teachers with experience in the CEGEP network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Self-paced, asynchronous option &#8211; Moodle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Moodle option consists of a set of <strong>6 videos totaling approximately 60 minutes <\/strong>of viewing time.
