Cet environnement renvoie notamment aux programmes du r\u00e9seau de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, du r\u00e9seau de la sant\u00e9 et des services sociaux ainsi que du r\u00e9seau de l\u2019emploi. Compl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 l&#8217;outil Incluvis pour employeur d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux organisations, l&#8217;outil Incluvis pour personne employ\u00e9e, en fran\u00e7ais simplifi\u00e9, tient compte de cinq volets : le statut salarial, l\u2019embauche, l\u2019accueil dans le milieu de travail, la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019emploi et le bien-\u00eatre au travail. Une validation d\u2019experts a permis de bonifier l\u2019outil qui peut \u00eatre rempli sur une plateforme \u00e9lectronique en vue d\u2019obtenir une certification pour l&#8217;entreprise ayant des pratiques inclusives.<\/p>\n<p>This conference will present the CRISPESH and UQAR approach to developing a new tool called\u00a0<em>Incluvis pour personne employ\u00e9e en fran\u00e7ais simplifi\u00e9<\/em>. The tool shall allow trainees and employees with intellectual disabilities to assess the level of inclusion in their work environment. The environment refers in particular to programs in education, health and social services sectors, as well as employment programs.
