{"id":42,"date":"2025-11-05T16:00:10","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T21:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/finance\/?page_id=42"},"modified":"2025-11-06T10:26:48","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T15:26:48","slug":"winter-registration-fees-day-division","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/finance\/student-fees\/winter-registration-fees-day-division\/","title":{"rendered":"Winter 2026 Student Fees &#8211; Day Division"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Fee Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>All <strong>returning<\/strong> students are required to pay their regular student fees ($321.30) in full from November 2 to November 28, 2025 before registering for their courses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New<\/strong> students <strong>\u00a0will be invoiced the week of December 1, 2025<\/strong> are required to pay their regular student fees ($321.30) in full <strong>by January 6, 2026<\/strong> before registering for their courses.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Method of payments<\/strong>:\u00a0 Fees must be paid (1) on Omnivox by credit card ONLY (Master Card or Visa) through the Payment Center of your My Dawson portal, (2) through your bank as a bill payment using your student I.D. number as the payee and Dawson College as the recipient or (3) at the Student Fee Counter in room 4B.5. Payments must be made<strong> in full<\/strong> before registration.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-Quebec Residency and International student fees<\/strong> will be assessed the week of January 5th, 2026 and <strong>due by January 30, 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other fees:<\/strong> part-time , out of program fees etc.\u00a0 will be assessed on the first day of class <strong>January 20, 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Late payment fees of $25.00 will be applied to overdue accounts.<\/li>\n<li>If you have any questions, you may contact Student Fees at 514 instruction in a given semester. For fees set at the Quebec Government (QG) level, a full-time student is one who registers for at least four courses or 180 hours in a program, or <em>Fin de DEC\/AEC<\/em>, or students with major functional disabilities.<\/p>\n<p><sup>(2) <\/sup>Only if a student officially withdraws from the courses by <strong>Monday, January 19, 2026.<\/strong> Withdrawal forms can be found on Omnivox under &#8220;Mycollege services&#8221;-College withdrawal forms.<\/p>\n<p><sup>(3) <\/sup>Only if a student officially withdraws from courses by <strong>Friday, February 13, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Course Change Fee (non-refundable)<\/h2>\n<p>An additional fee of <strong>$20.00<\/strong> is payable for <strong>each<\/strong> <strong>course change<\/strong>. This fee does not apply to course changes required under academic regulations.<\/p>\n<h2>Late Registration Fee (non-refundable)<\/h2>\n<p>Students registering after their designated registration period shall be assessed an additional fee of $50.00.<\/p>\n<h2>Assessment of Fees<\/h2>\n<p>The fees are determined by Government Laws and Regulations and College Bylaws and are subject to change without prior notice. Up-to-date information on fees is available from the Administrative Services Department (Room 4B.5) during regular business hours or from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/finance\/student-fees\/\">College Student Fees Web page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Refunds, when applicable,\u00a0 will be issued\u00a0 by cheque and mailed to the address in the student&#8217;s file. Student has the option to come to the Fee Counter room 4B.5 for an in-person refund of $500 or less. Please consult our hours on the website.
