Art Souterrain and Nuit Blanche includes Dawson in its program
For the first time in its history, Dawson College has been included as a stop in the Art Souterrain project and will be featured as a stop on the Nuit Blanche circuit.
Art Souterrain comprises six kilometres of underground space, in Montreal that means malls, under the theme Play and Distraction. The ninth edition of the festival gets going on March 4, the night of Nuit Blanche. The Art Gallery, designated a satellite venue by Art Souterrain, is already featuring its group show entitled Five Crucial Tips to Outrun Marina Abramovic.
With Exhibiting Artists:
The show is curated and produced by Olivier Forgues.
A whole slate of activities is being planned for the evening of March 4 Nuit Blanche, with the theme 1967. Part vernissage, part carnival, mostly party, join us from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.! There will be karaoke, coton candy, free tattoos by Ola Kaya of Oly Anger Tattoo, music by St. Lawrence Warehouse Company, DJ J’vlyn d’Ark burning up the dance floor and special guests from the Soeurs de la Congrégation de Notre-Dame.
More information can be found on our 5 Crucial Tips to Outrun Marina Abramovic event page.
Please enter by Atwater Metro or 4001 Maisonneuve O entrances. Other entrances to the College will be closed.
