CoLab – 3F.43 – Room Reservation Request

The CoLab, 3F.43, was designed to foster faculty collaboration. The room is comprised of four distinct areas: the Mezzanine (5 to 7 people) , the Living Room (15-20 people), the Orange booth (2-3 people), and the Grey booth (2-3 people). Please arrange the furniture to respect the 1m distancing requirements and return the movable furniture to an orderly layout for future users.

The CoLab was designed for simultaneous use by different groups occupying separate sections of the room. Exceptionally, the entire CoLab may be booked for events that are especially aligned with the purposes of the room. Please complete the form below for review of your request to reserve the entire CoLab.

Intended use of the room:

Foster community-based, project-driven work
Serve as an environment that supports academic development by providing Dawson educators a location to come together without boundaries.
Promote an exchange among persons, initiatives and projects that my otherwise never connect.
Provide the opportunity to unite the broader Dawson Community in the learning experience and to serve as a venue in which Faculty, Professionals, Support Staff and Managers can collaborate on projects that impact student success.
