Workshop Registration

Every classroom includes a wide range of learner strengths and weaknesses. How can we design learning experiences that acknowledge and support such variability? This session will introduce core inclusive design principles behind the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework followed by examples of Dawson teachers who are using this approach in a variety of teaching contexts and disciplines. Participants will then build on these examples, collaboratively applying UDL thinking to generate practical ideas and solutions they can use in their own classrooms.
