Workshop Registration

Teaching is not only a cognitive activity: it is an embodied and emotional one.

This interactive workshop explores how paying attention to what happens in our bodies can help us better understand and navigate our emotional responses in the classroom. Through experiential somatic practices, we will investigate moments of frustration, anxiety, and excitement, and consider how greater awareness can create more choice. I will share a recent challenging teaching experience that illustrates this process.
