It is a place for specific learning activities and limited on-site services. It is also a workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Students who must attend an online course following an on-campus activity will be directed to a designated space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Before Coming to the College<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You must complete the <a href=\"#\">COVID-19 Symptom-based Screening Questionnaire<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Students<\/strong>: look for the form in Omnivox under Student Services<\/li>\n<li><strong>Employees<\/strong>: look for the form in Omnivox under Non-Academic Services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If you answer yes to any question, do not come to the College. You will be contacted for next steps.<\/li>\n<li>If you get the \u201cCome to the College\u201d message, please bring:\n<ul>\n<li>Your Dawson College I.D. card* (print or electronic) or your student\/employee number if you do not have one yet<\/li>\n<li>A procedural mask* (when you cannot keep a two-metre distance and you are spending 15 minutes or more in a shared space)<\/li>\n<li>A face covering (cloth mask) is sufficient if you are keeping a 2-metre distance at all times or spending less than 15 minutes in a shared space)<\/li>\n<li>A water bottle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>*Employees can get their Dawson College I.D. card in the Print Shop (2E.01) and students can get their electronic Dawson College I.D. card XXXX **more details about masks in the Health and Hygiene Protocols section<\/i><\/li>\n<li>On campus:\n<ul>\n<li>Wear masks while circulating<\/li>\n<li>Stay in your study\/work area and use the bathrooms in your area<\/li>\n<li>Clean your study\/work station when leaving (College provides products)<\/li>\n<li>No food services available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>A Safe Environment for all<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Cleaning and disinfecting for everyone\u2019s safety:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cleaning and disinfecting are key in the College\u2019s plan to prevent the spread of COVID-19<\/li>\n<li>The cleaning and disinfecting schedule has been upgraded since the pandemic was declared<\/li>\n<li>Busy washrooms are cleaned 3x\/day and other bathrooms 2x\/day<\/li>\n<li>High-touch surfaces (e.g. door handles, faucets, handrails, etc) are disinfected regularly according to a schedule<\/li>\n<li>Students and employees are expected to use cleaning supplies provided by the College to clean their study\/work area when leaving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Ensuring air quality for everyone:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Dawson\u2019s Facilities Management team is dedicated to ensuring air quality<\/li>\n<li>Air quality is monitored on an on-going basis<\/li>\n<li>Dawson College is following all the Public Health directives about maintaining air quality<\/li>\n<li>Dawson is also following the standards of ASHRAE, the recognized authority on air quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Entering\/Exiting the College<\/h3>\n<h4>Entrances:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Metro Tunnel: 7 a.m. &#8211; 7 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Atrium Doors near Theatre (Atwater Avenue): 7 a.m. &#8211; 10 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>3040 Sherbrooke Street West: 7 a.m. \u2013 7 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>3rd Floor B Wing (Adapted Transport): &#8211; 7 a.m. \u2013 7 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Exits:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Metro Tunnel<\/li>\n<li>Atrium Doors near Theatre (Atwater Avenue)<\/li>\n<li>3rd Floor B Wing (Adapted Transport)<\/li>\n<li>Designated exit-only doors will be marked in A and B wings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Entry procedure:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Your forehead will be scanned to check your temperature<\/li>\n<li>Check in will be done using your Dawson College I.D. card* o<\/li>\n<li>If not already done, you will be required to fill out the <a href=\"#\">COVID-19 Symptom-based Screening Questionnaire on Omnivox<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*Dawson College must keep records of who is on campus for contact tracing purposes as directed by the Direction r\u00e9gionale de sant\u00e9 publique Montr\u00e9al<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Health and Hygiene Protocols<\/h3>\n<h4>Masks:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Everyone on site is expected to have a mask<\/li>\n<li>There are particular protocols for various situations<\/li>\n<li>Masks must cover the nose and mouth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Procedural masks:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Sometimes called a surgical or disposable mask, often blue<\/li>\n<li>More effective than cloth masks in preventing the spread of infection<\/li>\n<li>Must be worn when coming within two metres of another person for 15 minutes or more<\/li>\n<li>Must be worn in the lab or classroom when activities require mask, goggles, face shield and gown<\/li>\n<li>Handle by the strings only<\/li>\n<li>Adjust to your face using clean hands<\/li>\n<li>Avoid touching the mask<\/li>\n<li>Replace if wet<\/li>\n<li>Throw out after use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Reusable cloth masks:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Wear when within two metres of a person for less than 15 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Wear when circulating in the College<\/li>\n<li>Suggest having at least three in rotation<\/li>\n<li>Must be washed daily<\/li>\n<li>Handle by strings only<\/li>\n<li>Avoid touching<\/li>\n<li>Replace if wet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>No masks are allowed for: &#8211;
