The College has provided a limited number of spaces to be used by students who:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. need to connect to on-line courses before or after an in-person activity at the college; or<\/li>\n
  2. do not have an adequate learning environment at home and wish to go to the college to follow their on-line classes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Library<\/h2>\n

    The spaces in the library will be distributed on a first come, first served basis, but priority will be given to students who have in-person classes at the college.<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Ground floor of the library (5C.1): For students who have their own devices.<\/li>\n
    • Upper level of the library: For students who require a computer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      To use one of the library spaces, you must:<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Scan your ID card at the entrance to the library.<\/li>\n
      2. Check in at the circulation desk.<\/li>\n
      3. Be assigned a numbered cubicle on the ground floor, if you have your own devices, or be assigned a numbered workstation on the upper floor.<\/li>\n
      4. Clean your workspace, before and after use, with the disinfectant wipe you will be given.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Students should bring their own earphones or headsets. Headsets with a microphone require a USB connector to function with Dawson\u2019s workstations. There will be a limited number of those for loan in the library.<\/p>\n

        Additional spaces<\/h2>\n

        If there are no spaces available in the library, students who have chosen to go to the college to follow their on-line classes will be redirected to Conrod\u2019s. Students should bring their own computing device and earphones or headsets. Students who require equipment will be assigned a workstation.<\/p>\n

        Students who must eat between in-person activities at the college, may do so at one of the designated spaces in the Upper Atrium.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
