In this Garden on September 13, we will pay remembrance to a remarkable young woman, but we will also celebrate the campus life that has taken inspiration from the lessons learned and all that we have achieved since September 13, 2006.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"desktop-half\">\n<p><strong>Mardi, le 13 septembre 2016<\/strong> marquera le dixi\u00e8me anniversaire depuis l\u2019acte de violence insens\u00e9 qui a enlev\u00e9 la vie d\u2019Anastasia De Sousa, toute nouvelle \u00e9tudiante \u00e2g\u00e9e de 18 ans et qui a aussi bless\u00e9 gravement 16 autres personnes a boulevers\u00e9 du m\u00eame coup une collectivit\u00e9 dynamique de plusieurs milliers de personnes.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis ce jour, le Coll\u00e8ge Dawson a refus\u00e9 d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9fini par cette trag\u00e9die et a r\u00e9solument choisi la voie de la paix et de la non-violence avec l\u2019appui de notre communaut\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique et des milliers d\u2019\u00e9tudiants remplissant nos salles de classe ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les programmes d\u2019\u00e9tude se sont renouvel\u00e9s et de nouvelles initiatives ont vu le jour,\u00a0tel notre magnifique jardin \u00e9cologique de la Paix qui contribue \u00e0 nourrir la m\u00e9moire d\u2019Anastasia et t\u00e9moigne du courage et de la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance de ceux et celles dont la vie a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par le triste \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, le jardin sert d\u2019espace \u00e9cologique o\u00f9 sont enseign\u00e9es plusieurs mati\u00e8res.
