{"id":185,"date":"2025-10-21T11:24:11","date_gmt":"2025-10-21T15:24:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/qapo\/?page_id=185"},"modified":"2025-10-21T11:58:20","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T15:58:20","slug":"regulations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/qapo\/regulations\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Any of the following will result in disqualification of your exam<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession or use of a cellphone, a smartwatch or any other unauthorized electronic device in the exam area.<\/li>\n<li>Possession or use of any unauthorized written materials (i.e., aid sheets, books, notes, etc.) in the exam area.<\/li>\n<li>Any form of unauthorized communication in the exam room once the exam has begun.<\/li>\n<li>Moving exam papers from one location to another.<\/li>\n<li>Changing seats without permission once the exam has begun.<\/li>\n<li>Tampering with barcodes on the exam booklet.<\/li>\n<li>Or any inappropriate behavior that intentionally undermines academic integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Before you begin your exam<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Only I.D. cards, pens, pencils, erasers, rulers and any other allowed course specific materials can be on your desk.<\/li>\n<li>You may not open the examination booklets or read examination questions prior to the commencement of the exam.<\/li>\n<li>Sign the declaration of academic integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>During the exam<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You are not allowed under any circumstances to get up during the exam without permission.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing of items is prohibited (e.g., calculators, rulers, erasers, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>If you need to use the washroom, raise your hand and an invigilator will come see you.<\/li>\n<li>If you need something from below your chair or are missing an item, please raise your hand and wait.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Once you have finished your exam<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Raise your hand and stay seated until your teacher or invigilator picks up your exam \u2013 do not leave your exam unattended.<\/li>\n<li><u>All exam material must be returned<\/u>; no paper can be removed from the exam room.<\/li>\n<li>During the last 15 minutes of the exam period, students must remain seated, and no one is allowed to leave.<\/li>\n<li>Once the examination coordinator announces the end of the exam, everyone must\u00a0<u>put down their pencils and pens<\/u>, and stay seated, until all exams and exam materials are collected.<\/li>\n<li>Students should remain silent until all exams have been collected and until students are dismissed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Any of the following will result in disqualification of your exam Possession or use of a cellphone, a smartwatch or any other unauthorized electronic device in the exam area.
