Camille will spend this summer working under the supervision of Dr. Latifa Lazzoumi in the laboratory of Dr. Franco Lepor\u00e9, neuropsychologist at the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, and with the Brain Imaging Group of Dr. H\u00e9l\u00e8ne![\"alex&ben\"](\"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/alexben-800x420.jpg\")
<\/a>Alexander will take part in a research team studying pursuit-evasion games in networks at the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, under the supervision of Dr. Ben Seamone and Dr. Gena Hahn. An evader (the “robber”) moves from node to node in a network, while a set of pursuers (“cops”) attempt to capture the robber by occupying its current position. The team propose to further our understanding of the Cops and Robbers model, by studying how the game changes when a final target node is specified. This work has applications in the fields of robotics and network security. In Fall 2016, Alexander will start his second year in the Enriched Science Health Science program at Dawson.<\/p>\n![\"Camille-Helene-1\"](\"https:\/\/www.dawsoncollege.qc.ca\/research\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/Camille-Helene-1-800x486.jpg\")
<\/a> Nadeau, at Dawson College. Dr. Lepor\u00e9 studies how the brain adapts to sensory deprivation. Camille\u2019s role in the project is to analyze structural, diffusion and functional magnetic resonance images to investigate how the connections in a brain that has been deprived of hearing for many years compare to those of a control group. Camille will continue her studies in the Health Science program at Dawson College in Fall 2016.<\/p>\n
