However, the Centrale des syndicats du Qu\u00e9bec (CSQ), which represents the F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de la recherche et de l\u2019enseignement universitaire du Qu\u00e9bec, and the Union \u00e9tudiante du Qu\u00e9bec (U\u00c9Q) have expressed reservations about the scope of this initiative.<\/p>\n<p>Introduced on Sept. 2 by Danielle McCann, Quebec\u2019s minister of higher education, the plan aims to deploy more resources and create programs and tools for mental health starting this fall.<\/p>\n<p>The plan is divided into four major focus areas and includes 20 different actions. It comes with a budget of $60 million over five years.
