Una de ellas consiste en formarnos como miembros de la comunidad escolar para poner en pr\u00e1ctica acciones que generen cambios concretos en los diferentes aspectos de la vida de nuestra instituci\u00f3n y de su entorno.<br \/>\nLos SustenTours son una pr\u00e1ctica que nace dentro del proyecto Planteles Educativos Sustentables; constituyen un espacio formativo en el que se brindan herramientas te\u00f3ricas, metodol\u00f3gicas y t\u00e9cnicas para llevar a cabo actividades concretas en las instituciones escolares y en sus \u00e1mbitos de influencia, de manera profesional y lograr con ello mejores resultados.<br \/>\nLos SustenTours, adem\u00e1s de ser una oportunidad para compartir conocimientos y experiencias en torno a una tem\u00e1tica espec\u00edfica, son un espacio de convivencia en el que se establecen o fortalecen v\u00ednculos de compa\u00f1erismo, amistad y de apoyo en el trabajo entre integrantes de diferentes planteles educativos.\u00a0Otro elemento que representa una riqueza en estas pr\u00e1cticas, es que promueven la participaci\u00f3n de integrantes de toda la comunidad escolar e incluso de vecinos o grupos con los que sus miembros tienen influencia y en los que pueden jugar roles diferentes a los que tradicionalmente realizan. As\u00ed, quien facilite el SustenTour, quien est\u00e9 a cargo de la capacitaci\u00f3n, puede ser un estudiante o el jardinero y a los docentes les tocar\u00e1 hacer el papel de aprendices.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, un SustenTour permite vivir principios pedag\u00f3gicos de la educaci\u00f3n popular, tambi\u00e9n conocida como educaci\u00f3n liberadora, expresados por el fil\u00f3sofo y pedagogo Paulo Freire, como el de la horizontalidad en las relaciones entre quienes intervienen en el proceso educativo o el que afirma en su obra Pedagog\u00eda del oprimido: \u201cNadie educa a nadie, nadie se educa a s\u00ed mismo, los hombres se educan entre s\u00ed mediatizados por el mundo\u201d o el que valora el di\u00e1logo de saberes como estrategia para la construcci\u00f3n del conocimiento.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPor medio de la educaci\u00f3n liberadora, tanto educandos como educadores aprenden a percibir de forma cr\u00edtica c\u00f3mo est\u00e1n siendo en el mundo con el que y en el que est\u00e1n. La educaci\u00f3n liberadora se fundamenta en la creatividad viendo en ella una forma aut\u00e9ntica de propiciar el conocimiento; el di\u00e1logo como acto develador de la realidad.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, los SustenTours significan un espacio de convivencia en un entorno de aprendizaje, trabajo y recreaci\u00f3n que fomenta las buenas relaciones en un ambiente de paz, as\u00ed como la construcci\u00f3n, fortalecimiento o ampliaci\u00f3n de redes de apoyo para nuestro crecimiento profesional y como seres humanos lo cual nos hace avanzar en el camino hacia la sustentabilidad. De all\u00ed la importancia de compartir las experiencias vividas a trav\u00e9s de la realizaci\u00f3n de los Sustentours que hasta ahora han tenido lugar como parte del proyecto; Planteles educativos sustentables: compartiendo saberes, a trav\u00e9s de una serie de blogs, resultado de la sistematizaci\u00f3n de estas experiencias, esperando que su lectura sea de utilidad para aprender y motivar a otros a replicar lo vivido.<\/p>\n<p>Por medio de este blog les invitamos a conocer los SustenTours que se han realizado. One of them is to train members of the educational community to support projects that may generate concrete changes in the different realms of the life of our institution and its surroundings.<\/p>\n<p>The SustenTour is a practice born within the Sustainable Campuses Initiative. They are a training opportunity in which theoretical, methodological and technical tools are explored in a professional manner in order to support specific sustainability projects in our schools and in their spheres of influence and thus obtain better results.<\/p>\n<p>The SustainTours are an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences around a specific theme, but they are also spaces for conviviality in which bonds of fellowship, friendship and collective work between members of different educational institutions are established or strengthened. They also promote the participation of different members of the educational community and even of neighbors or groups linked to the institutions. They also promote participants to play different roles from those they traditionally perform. So, the person providing the training in the SustainTour can be a student or the gardener and in many cases the teachers will play the role of students.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, a SustainTour allows to practice popular education pedagogical principles, also known as liberating education, expressed by the philosopher and pedagogue Paulo Freire such as horizontality in relations between those involved in the educational process or as he argues in his work, Pedagogy of the oppressed : &#8220;No one educates anyone, no one educates himself, men educate each other mediated by the world&#8221; or the value of a dialogue of knowledge as a strategy for the construction of new knowledge<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Through liberating education, both learners and educators learn to perceive themselves critically in the world with which and in which they are. Liberating education is based on creativity, seeing in it an authentic opportunity of propitiating knowledge; dialogue as a revealing act of reality&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the SustainTours are a space of conviviality in a learning, work and recreational environment that fosters good relations in an atmosphere of peace, as well as the construction, strengthening or expansion of support networks for our professional growth and as human beings which make us move forward on the road to sustainability. Hence the importance of sharing the experiences lived through the different SustainTours that have taken place until now as part of the Sustainable Campuses Initiative; through a series of blogs, result of the systematization of these experiences, we hope that these will be useful to share knowledge and motivate others to replicate what they have experienced.<\/p>\n<p>Through this blog we invite you to learn about the different SustenTours that have taken place.
