Active Learning Resources – visit SALTISE

There are an increasingly growing number of resources available when it comes to active learning strategies and activities. A particularly good set of resources, developed by the SALTISE organization that grew out of Dawson College and is based on researcher-practioner-partnerships (RPPs), are available at www.saltise.ca

• Active learning strategies are general templates that can be tailored for content.
• Active learning activities are tailored to specific learning outcomes and content, and they incorporate one or more evidence-based strategies.
• The SALTISE Annual Conference is a great opportunity to reflect on and learn deeply about active learning by engaging with researchers and practitioners.
