For emergencies, dial 1000. Security will expedite a call to 911 and be able to direct emergency services to the correct location while apprising them of the severity of the incident.
If you dial 911 from an internal phone, Security will receive a signal that you have done so, however, if you dial 911 from a cell phone, you may delay prompt handling if instructions are not clear. Security is trained to assess and deal with emergencies and emergency services.
