The Registrar is responsible for admissions, registration, course change, student records, academic standing, scheduling and academic advising. Services available through the Registrar’s office include College admissions, program transfers, equivalences, official transcripts, registration appointments and other matters related to students’ academic files, as well as the timetable.
Registrar Counter Hours
Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Please note that payments cannot be accepted within 15 minutes of closing.

Summer Hours 2023
Please note that the Registrar’s Office will be closed from Monday July 10 to Friday July 21, inclusively.
Regular Counter hours will resume as of Monday July 24.
