Some programs at Dawson College offer future students the opportunity to spend a day attending classes from their program, meeting teachers and fellow students and visiting their classrooms and facilities. Some programs have specific days scheduled for student for a day visits while others will welcome you into their classrooms at any time. Please note that not all programs offer this activity. Interested students must sign up with the Nursing program during Open House. The normal protocol for Student for a Day in the Science Program is as follows: we match individual high school students with a current Dawson Science student. You would attend the chaperone's classes/labs, and generally "hang out" with the chaperone and his/her friends for the day. Your name has been added to our list and a Dawson Chaperone should be contacting you shortly. Please note, this program only runs during the regular day semester; September-November and February-April.
