eBooks are automatically adopted, if available, once a physical book is being adopted. However, if a teacher does not want their students using eBooks, you must make that known in your adoption form so that Follett can remove the digital option.

Winter adoptions should be submitted by December 5, 2025, so that Follett can conduct buybacks from students to source used books and to allow publishers enough time for Print on Demand titles as well as the two-week shutdown over the holidays for most publishers.

Follett can assist teachers with obtaining desk copies from the publishers. Follett does not provide teachers with a desk copy.

If teachers need to reach Follett, you can call 514-848-3615 and ask for Rachel or Vallery, or email r.rainville@follett.com or v.cardenas@follett.com.
