Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
You can submit adoptions for books by submitting the information through the Book Adoption Form.
When requesting course specific supplies, please email your request to v.cardenas@follett.com or 2959txt@follett.com and include the following information:
- Course and section
- Estimated Enrollment
- Specific brand/model
- Provide a link if possible
- Is it required or recommended?
Please copy and paste the information below and email: info@eastman.ca

- Course Title or Course Pack Title:
- Teacher Name:
- Anticipated Enrollment:
- Course pack is: new/exact reprint/reprint with changes
- Term (example: Winter 2026):
Unless otherwise requested, all course packs are two-sided with gloss covers and spiral bound.
Under the COPIBEC license, users in CEGEPs and universities are authorized to reproduce a certain portion of a work. Please abide by the usage reproduction limits allowed by COPIBEC.

Please note that Eastman will number the pages in your course pack; email them your reading list and the Table of Contents which they will annotate so that students can easily find their readings.

Along with your reading list and the Table of Contents, please send any PDFs of readings you may want to include to info@eastman.ca.
Eastman can scan books or papers for you. Please leave your hard copies at the Dawson Printshop. Eastman will pick them up after you have informed them.
If you have used course packs before, there is no need to resend the material.
eBooks are automatically adopted, if available, once a physical book is being adopted. However, if a teacher does not want their students using eBooks, you must make that known in your adoption form so that Follett can remove the digital option.
The following dates are set to ensure course materials are available in-store by the first week of classes.

Follett can assist teachers with obtaining desk copies from the publishers. Follett does not provide teachers with a desk copy.
