Reporting an incident

The decision to report an incident is yours to make.

We can help you evaluate your options and make informed choices. Depending on each person’s situation, you may choose to file an internal complaint, an external complaint or both.

Internal Complaint

We can:

  • provide you with information
  • review possible outcomes
  • and should you wish to file a complaint, we can assist you with completing and submitting the necessary forms

External Complaint (Criminal or Civil)

We can:

  • provide you with information
  • provide referrals to external legal resources
  • review possible outcomes
  • and should you wish to file an external complaint; we can facilitate accompaniment to external sites as needed
