Cégep Vert Québec gives Dawson another "Excellence" mark

Cégep Vert Québec has renewed Dawson's "Excellence" designation in recognition of its efforts to design, implement and integrate sustainability projects into a number of educatonal initiatives.

The organization lauded Dawson's awareness campaigns and actions it carries out on campus throughout the school year, its plan to evaluate its plan of action, special recognition for the work it has done internationally in the quest for carbon neutrality and surpassing of targets in the Excellence category. In short, Dawson serves as a model for other colleges in the network.

Bravo! to the Sustainable Dawson group and for every member of the Dawson commnity who has taken these actions to heart.

Dawson has a new Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Dawson is pleased to announce that effective July 1st, 2013, its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider will be the Groupe Renaud. More information in regards to this new company may be found here.

Don’t forget - confirm your attendance on-line through MyDawson

All students must confirm their attendance each semester as per the Ministry of Education requirements. Attendance validation for regular Summer 2013 classes began Friday, June 14 and will end on Friday, June 21. Simply access the MyDawson portal, and under Omnivox Services, click on Attendance Validation.

Make sure to read the information carefully and validate for all of your courses. Indicating in Attendance Validation that you are “not attending” does not mean that you have officially dropped a course. If you have any questions regarding validation, please contact the Registrar’s Office, Room 2D.6.
