New Grants Awarded to Dawson Researchers

Congratulations! Dawson researchers were successful in their grant applications submitted this past year, with three new grants awarded for 2017-2018.

Liz Charles, Chris Whittaker, Yann Brouillette and team
(Pedagogy, Sciences)

Liz and the team will continue their research on active learning classrooms through their new grant project funded by PAREA titled, « Gestion et régulation du flux d’information en apprentissage actif. »

 

 

Elizabeth Kirkland
(History)

Continuing her historical research on women’s political roles in Montreal, Elizabeth is part of a team research grant from FRQSC titled, “Modernité et savoir à Montréal, 1815-1985.”

 

 

Ben Seamone
(Math)

Continuing his work in fundamental mathematics, Ben received funding for his research project from FRQNT, titled “Nouvelles directions dans le modèle “policiers-voleur” de fouilles des graphes.”
