What inspires me most about design is its connection to culture, identity, and human experience. I hope to continue expanding my knowledge by exploring different architectural styles and cultures around the world, experiences that I believe will help me create more thoughtful and meaningful spaces.

Awarded to a first-year student who has demonstrated academic promise in Interior Design at Dawson College. The award commemorates the intelligence, drive and creativity of Michael Hendy, a graduate of the Interior Design program who passed away in 2010.
