The Glay Sperling Award

Value: $750

Eligibility Criteria: Awarded to a 2nd year C.A.L.L./ A.C.L. student who, in completing the first year of the program, has demonstrated great potential for success in at least one of the following disciplines: Art History, Cinema, Drama, Fine Arts, Music, as well as overall academic achievement.

Aditya Youth Trust Fund (AYTF) Scholarship

Value: $500

Eligibility criteria: Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident, in your first year at Dawson, total family income must not exceed $45,000 per year (will be verified), a satisfactory academic record, demonstrable financial need, involvement in community service/volunteer activities and success in overcoming obstacles in the pursuit of learning

Each year, the 12 CEGEPs on the island of Montreal provide a post-secondary education to 40,000 students enrolled full-time and part-time in more than 60 different programs in pre-university and career/technical studies to fill the need for skilled labour in major economic sectors.

Value: $1000

Eligibility Criteria: Enrolled full-time in a DEC or AEC program for at least three semesters. (AEC students must have completed 50% of their courses), maintained an average of 80%, demonstrated a commitment to studies and college life and provide a letter of reference from a teacher or staff member at their college.
