The Registrar is responsible for admissions, registration, course change, student records, academic standing, scheduling and academic advising. Services available through the Registrar’s office include College admissions, program transfers, equivalences, official transcripts, registration appointments and other matters related to students’ academic files, as well as the timetable.

Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Closed from Noon to 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Please note that payments cannot be accepted within 15 minutes of closing.
Please note that the Registrar Office will be closed from Thursday, December 25th, 2025 – until Thursday, January 1st, 2026. We will resume regular hours on Friday, January 2nd, 2026.
