Do you lack confidence to speak with clients and colleagues? Do you worry about the clarity and effectiveness of your emails, letters or your proposals? This course is designed to help you communicate more confidently and effectively in a business environment.
Students learn to use grammar, to build vocabulary, to role play meetings, presentations and negotiations tactics, to discuss issues related to business, and to write emails, letters, memos summaries and reports. Students also learn to write a job application letter and resume.
Prerequisite: English as a Second Language Level 4+ or equivalent
Required Material: Student textbook (to be purchased after the first class)
