Are you sitting properly at your desk?

Proper desk posture helps prevent back pain, neck strain, and fatigue during long work sessions.

Sit back fully in your chair with lumbar support to maintain your spine’s natural curve, keeping hips and knees at about 90-degree angles and feet flat on the floor or a footrest.

Position your monitor at eye level about arm’s length away, relax your shoulders, and keep elbows bent near 90 degrees with wrists straight. Take breaks every 30 minutes to stand, stretch, or reset your alignment.
