Launching new Dawson Employee Portal
The IST team is launching a Dawson Employee Portal, a new intranet exclusively for Dawson employees.
This is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline the Dawson public-facing website. The main objective of the public website is to communicate externally with prospective students and prospective employees as well as members of the public, such as parents of current students, alumni, employment and internship partners and media.
The new portal will contain information that is pertinent for employees but not intended for the public. Some examples of content include forms from Human Resources, emergency procedures from Facilities Management and meeting documents from Senate.
The new portal is now live and can be found here. It is also listed as a link in the Administrative Services menu on Omnivox. To access it, you will need to log in with your Dawson credentials (Dawson email address and password).
All the internal content that is being moved from the website to the portal is going to remain available on the website until Jan. 30, 2026. After that time, it will be removed from the website and exclusively available on the portal.
