Appointment of Lucie Russbach as Director General of CRISPESH

On October 18, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Centre for Research on the Inclusion of Individuals with Disabilities (CRISPESH) endorsed the appointment of Lucie Russbach as Director General of CRISPESH.

During the selection process, Ms. Russbach demonstrated that she has the skills and abilities to contribute to the success of CRISPESH from an inclusive and collaborative perspective. Holding a PhD in educational psychology from the Université de Montréal, she has developed, through training, research and teaching, knowledge and skills related to the inclusion of individuals with disabilities.

Until recently, Ms. Russbach was the researcher in charge of the axis on educational inclusion at CRISPESH and has experience in management roles. She has a vast knowledge of the Centre’s mission and the axes around which its research and service offer are structured.

Known for her leadership, her human approach and her project management skills, Ms. Russbach will be able to meet, in collaboration with the team in place, the challenges that await CRISPESH in the coming years and to expand the success of CRISPESH to new levels. It is with enthusiasm and pride that she took up her position on October 18, 2022.

CRISPESH would also like to express its sincere thanks to Roch Ducharme for his almost four years of service in his capacity as director general, pursuing the Centre’s growth targets.
