Returning Social Science & Science students: final days to choose your fall course options 

The Course Option Preference Selection (COPS) module is now open for returning daytime students in Social Science and Science.

If you’ve been offered course options for Fall 2026, you can now select your preferences. Science students may also be asked to choose a topic for their Integrative Project (360-SNP or 360-FNP).

The module closes on Tuesday, April 21 at 11:30 PM.

MONDAY | April 20

The Eco Vendor Market will take place Monday through Thursday, in the Lower Atrium (metro level). The event runs daily from 10 AM to 4 PM.

WEDNESDAY | April 22

Earth Day Plant Sale: Stop by the Upper Atrium from 11 AM - 4 PM to purchase a small potted plant to support the Interior Design program.

THURSDAY | April 23

The  Cinema | Communications MOSAIC Expo Fundraiser will take place with a Thrift Shop from 10 AM to 4 PM, followed by karaoke from 4 PM to 8 PM at Conrod’s (2F.4).

Model UN Bake Sale: From 9 AM - 6 PM in the Upper Atrium, there will be a bake sale to raise money to offset the cost of Dawson College Model United Nations conference activities. 

Innovation Summit: The Dawson Business Association is hosting their annual networking event at 5:30 PM in room 5B.16.

The Get Pie’d Fundraiser supports the ALC Mosaic exhibit. Students are invited to pie their favourite teachers. The event will take place at the De Maisonneuve Blvd. entrance from 10 AM to 5 PM. It will be a fun, safe, and respectful event for all.

SATURDAY | April 25

Mad Dog Wrestling: Rumble in the P.A.R.C. takes place at the Tony Proudfoot Gym from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. Buy your ticket ($25 for stands or $35 for ringside) online, at the PARC desk (1H.4) or at the door. Come support the Dawson Blues and enjoy a high-energy wrestling show!

French testing for AEC students and others needing to prove proficiency

From May 22 - June 19: you can schedule a TEF French test at Dawson's French-language testing centre.

Don't miss the last play of the school year! The Rover is on April 20 - May 2

The Professional Theatre Department presents The Rover by Aphra Behn, performed by third-year graduating students. Behn, the first English woman to earn a living as a playwright, wrote during the Restoration, when women first appeared on stage.

The Rover is a bold, playful work filled with romance, intrigue, and sword fights, while exploring gender and power—think Thelma & Louise in 1677. Directed by Stéphane Zarov. Free previews April 20–21. $5 tickets for the Dawson community.

STEMM FEM Gala May 1

Panel discussion with professionals and university students in science, medicine, and engineering. Science club fair featuring McGill, Concordia, and Dawson clubs. Raffle prizes from sponsors (MedSchoolBro and UNI Training). Photobooth, snacks, and drinks provided.

30% of proceeds will be donated to La Maison Bleue, a Montréal organization supporting pregnant women and families in vulnerable situations.
