Welcome (back) to Dawson!

Start your semester strong by:

  • Planning friend meetups like lunch or ping pong or whatever you like to do together.
  • Joining DSU clubs, taking part in campus life events, or volunteering to enhance your Dawson experience

  • Caring for mind, body, and spirit with brisk campus walks, new exercises, or meditation and making time for things you enjoy doing like watching movies, listening to music, reading books, enjoying art, etc.

  • Adding key dates from your course outlines to your calendar and scheduling dedicated study/schoolwork time.

  • Seeking early support. Find out about services at the First-Year Students’ Office (2D.0, Mon-Fri 9 AM-6 PM).

You’re not alone—the Dawson community and Student Services are here for you!
