  • Available Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

For an APPOINTMENT with one of the nurses, please fill out the Student Health Services Intake Form in Omnivox. It is found in the left of your Omnivox page under “Student Services”, and then by selecting “Health Services Form”.
