Dawson graduate Simonetta Barth to take up #2 position at the SPVM
Simonetta Barth, who graduated from Dawson in 1984 in Computer Science Technology before embarking on police training, has been named to the second highest post in the Service de Police de la Ville de Montréal. When she takes the reins as Deputy Director, Chief of Operations in September, she will become the first woman to ever occupy such a high post. Commander Barth has been with the police force for 28 years.
