Some programs have specific days scheduled for student for a day visits while others will welcome you into their classrooms at any time. Please note that not all programs offer this activity. Computer Science will be hosting a Student for a Day session on February 15, 2022 from 10 am to 1 pm. There will be sessions presented by faculty, as well as interactions with faculty and current students, to give you an overview of what Computer Science is all about. Registration for the event will remain open until February 1, 2022. After registration closes, you will contacted detailed instructions with the specific location and times. Interested students must sign up with the Nursing program during Open House. This year, in place of our Student for a Day program offered in the past, the Dawson Professional Photography Program is pleased to offer an Application Mentorship to help navigate the application process. The mentorship is open to anyone considering applying to the Dawson Professional Photography Program. We plan to hold the event in person, in which case spaces are limited. If in-person activities are restricted, a virtual event will take place instead. Registration for the event is now closed. After registration closes, you will be sent a confirmation as well as detailed instructions with the specific locations and times. Student for a day in Science may include some the following activities: A question-and-answer session with Dawson science teachers, academic advisors, and other experts. Attending a science class. Attending an Enriched Science seminar and/or other science activity. A discussion period, in small groups, with current Dawson science students.
