Oliver’s will be turned into a dark, quiet Zen Den for the day. Come for a cup of tea, soak in the aromatherapy and nature sounds. 12-3 PM.

CHAIR MASSAGE with Ikra Academy of Massage Therapy

Got tension in your neck, back and shoulders? Why not grab a 10-minute chair massage to get out all those kinks? A quick chair massage can enhance relaxation, provide some pain and tension relief, and release those happy endorphins!

To relieve stress and anxiety, it can take as little as 30 minutes a day. A staff from Dawson Peace Studies will lead you in a 30-minute meditation session. You can look forward to focusing and concentrating better.

Come join us in the lower atrium for some Random Dance Play! No better way to relieve your end-of-semester stress than by dancing! Come as a participant or come as a spectator.
