No experience necessary. Mats will be supplied. All you need to do is show up in comfortable clothing and be ready to Zen.

Would you like to breathe cleaner air? Why not come plant yourself a baby Spider Plant to keep in your bedroom? Let it purify the air and perhaps help you study and sleep better!

Who doesn’t love some good cuddle time with a friendly fur ball? It is sure to bring your stress and anxiety levels down. Come meet the adorable dogs from Imagine Therapy Dogs.

Wednesday, Dec. 7
ZEN DEN

ROOM 2C.17 [10 – 4 PM]

Oliver’s will be turned into a dark, quiet Zen Den for the day. Come for a cup of green tea, soak in the aromatherapy and nature sounds. Chair massages will be given on a first come, first serve basis from 12-3 PM.

If you have never encountered the animals of Jimmy Zoo, you don’t want to miss this! And if you have, you know you want to see them again. Come meet Jimmy’s family of adorable pets…birds, cats, dogs, bunnies, and hedgehogs. Get to know them, you’ll be happier for it!

QUIET GAMES from CLL

ROOM 2E.6 [10 – 12 PM  and  2 – 4 PM]

CLL has board games that you can sign out. You and a friend might have some free time in between classes to play a few rounds of Connect 4, Guess Who?, Battleship, Checkers, Boggle, etc… Bring your Dawson student ID!
