Accommodations must be requested and reactivated every semester; they do not automatically renew.  The deadline to request your accommodations using the online module is February 23, 2024.

After this deadline, you must book an appointment with your Adapted Services Counsellor. You can do so by coming to 2E.6 or booking through the online module.

Deadline to renew accommodations for Winter 2024 is APRIL 26, 2024 (few exceptions may apply)

Students who have never registered with our service and wish to review their eligibility are encouraged to visit our “Registering for SAAC services” webpage for information and are asked to complete the Online Pre-Intake form as soon as possible.  Once we receive the completed form, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment with an Adapted Services counsellor.

Deadline to review eligibility for Winter 2024 is APRIL 26, 2024 (few exceptions may apply)

Minimum THREE (3) school days BEFORE the date of the test (weekend does not count – ever)

If your test/exam is on:

• Monday – then Wednesday is the last day to sign up
• Tuesday – then Thursday is the last day to sign up
• Wednesday – then Friday is the last day to sign up
• Thursday – then Monday is the last day to sign up
• Friday – then Tuesday is the last day to sign up
• Saturday – then Wednesday is the last day to sign up

If you have exams scheduled to take place during the Final Exam period, please note that you will automatically be signed up to write it with your accommodations in a SAAC dedicated exam room.  More information will be sent to you during the semester.
