Elizabeth Dias Araujo
Elizabeth Araujo, a Montreal native and curious lifelong learner, holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and a Master’s in Management. She has worked and studied overseas in various countries. In 2001, her interest in international development took her to South Africa, where she worked throughout the continent for six years on capacity buildings and developments projects supported by United Nations agencies, international and local NGOs, media networks and government departments.
in 2007, after having completed her studies, Elizabeth worked for Ashoka (the pioneer organization on social entrepreneurship) for several years assisting over 100 social entrepreneurs. Several years later she went on to become an entrepreneur herself. In 2013, she joined the Board of Directors of the social enterprise FEM International and in 2014, joined the non-profit YES as a Business Coach.
Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and non-profits in various capacities around the globe… and is passionate about learning, sharing, collaborating and innovating.
