Graduates of the Computer Science Technology Program will have acquired an integrated set of personal and professional skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary for entry into the workplace as a software developer.
Upon successful completion of the program, Computer Science Technology Program graduates will be able to:
- Design, develop, test, document, integrate, evaluate, deploy and maintain secure software systems.
- Apply mathematical and computational approaches to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Prepare and manage secure database and hardware systems.
- Adapt to new technologies and continuously upgrade their knowledge to remain relevant in a rapidly evolving field.
- Act professionally and compassionately in teams, demonstrating ethical responsibility, sustainable practices and critical thinking in diverse environments for personal and communal well-being.
- Communicate technical information and support clearly and professionally in English and French with technical and non-technical stakeholders, colleagues, and team members through written and oral communication.
