The Registrar is responsible for admissions, registration, course change, student records, academic standing, scheduling and academic advising. Services available through the Registrar’s office include College admissions, program transfers, equivalences, official transcripts, registration appointments and other matters related to students’ academic files, as well as the timetable.
Registrar Counter Hours
Monday to Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Please note that payments cannot be accepted within 15 minutes of closing.

Summer 2024 hours
Please note that the Registrar’s Office will be closed every Friday from June 21 to July 26 inclusively,
as well as completely closed from July 8 to July 19, inclusively.
