Regular compensation maintained according to your contract For commitments starting after March 15, for which the workload was attributed, remuneration is maintained. For commitments starting after March 15, whose workload was not attributed, remuneration is not maintained. |
Replacement teachers | Regular compensation maintained according to your contract, provided it started on or before March 15. Effective April 13, the replacement teacher will be teaching their courses until the end of the semester even if the regular teacher returns to work. |
Teaching employee on disability |
The disability period continues. Remuneration is maintained according to your contract. Medical follow-up must continue unless your physician is unavailable. |
Teaching employee on leave (any type of leave) | The period of leave continues as per the original agreement. |
Support Staff, Professionals and Management Remuneration

During the closure, remuneration is maintained for those who had a fixed work schedule that started before March 15, 2020. When the work schedule is not fixed every week, remuneration is based on the average hours worked the last four weeks. If the contract is for a fixed term, the employee will be paid according to the dates and the period provided for therein. If there was no established schedule for the next few weeks and you were on call when your services were required, remuneration is not maintained. |
Premium payments | Premiums paid in accordance with the provisions of collective agreements. |
Staff on disability |
The disability period continues. Remuneration maintained, according to your contract. Medical follow-up must be provided, depending on the availability of your attending physician. |
Staff on leave (any type of leave) | The period of leave continues, depending on the situation of each person and according to your contract. |
Non-unionized staff Remuneration
