Students visited the War Museum and met a WW2 German veteran, Hans Uthoff, who talked about indoctrination, telling us about his years in the Hitler Youth and his time during the war. His lecture was filmed by Radio-Canada for a feature report to be broadcast later this fall. The students were very interested. They asked many questions and the veteran was very open about his past. I am convinced that the broadcast will be good and that it will show our students at their best.
