It is a case competition that recognizes the students’ business knowledge, skills, and abilities they have developed throughout their college years. Students were asked to take on the role of company-mandated consultants to solve current issues of the business case. The Marketing team resolved the growth in the plus size market of Lululemon Athletica, the Accounting team the analysis of Metro Richelieu annual report and the Entrepreneurship team the analysis of the real business Cuisineluminaire, a retailer which attempts to grow business in the lighting fixtures area.

At our event we honor every year an organization that stands out in their involvement in the community , show leadership in their services and customer and employee relations. This year the recipient was Desjardins whose plaque was accepted by company executive Mario Lapierre, MBA, Vice President Complementary Networks Dejardins who also addressed the students with words of encouragement. We thank Desjardins staff for their important presence at the event. We are thankful to our Elite sponsors Pearson Education , Revision Military, and Desjardins, Office of Academic Development. We also thank Desjardins for offering gifts to first, second and third place recipients, Comfort Care Dental Clinic for gifts for best presenters.
